Instructions for increasing the number of usages
on the NeuroMed Matrix System via the User Menu Option.

*Increasing the number of paid for uses is a 3 part procedure.
1, Acquiring and reporting machine’s ID number.
2, Reporting ID number and requesting code for additional usage.
3, Input of the additional usage and code number.
Step # 1- Will provide you with all information needed to submit Phase Usage Request Form in Step2.
Acquiring and reporting machine’s ID number.
- Start with the POWER turned OFF, Set the DOSAGE to the RESET position.
- Turn the POWER ON.
Wait for the following screen to appear:
- Press the ’ENTER” key to get to the Whose Option? Screen:
- Press the number ”1” key to get to the User Option Screen:
- You are now prompted for a 4-digit password. Enter the numbers: “1” ” 2” ” 1” ” 4”
- Select option ”4”: Info to display the Machine INFO. Screen
- Make a note of the 3-digit ID = “ID = “_____””_____””_____”
- Make a note of number and the Usage Left: number. “____””____””____”
& Serial # of unit on back of unit: NEDS__________________________________
- Press the number ”0” 3 times to exit screens.

Reporting ID number and requesting code for additional usage.
Click Here to fill out Phase Usage Request Form. Please provide us with the serial number of the unit (NEDSXX-XXXXX) and report the ID number and the number of additional phases/usages/treatments you wish to upload. NeuroMed will use this information to generate a Special Code number for you to enter into the NeuroMed Matrix unit.
This procedure will take a little bit of time so, we request for you to do this at the end of your day of work and by the next morning you will receive the information in your e-mail in-box.

Input of the additional usage and code number.
To enter the additional uses and the Code number supplied by the NeuroMed staff, use the following steps:
Start with the POWER turned OFF.
- Set the DOSAGE to the RESET position.
- Turn the POWER ON.
Wait for the following screen to appear:
- Press the ’ENTER” key to get to the Whose Option? Screen:
- Press the number ”1” key to get to the User Option Screen:
- You are now prompted for a 4-digit password. Enter the numbers: “1” ” 2” ” 1” ” 4”
Navigate to the User Option screen as before:
- Select option “3”: Add usages” to display the Matrix System Screen
Enter the number of treatments at the prompt Add Usage Times: “______””______””______”
*This must be the same number as reported to the NeuroMed staff earlier.
Now enter the Code number supplied by the NeuroMed staff at the Code=
“______”“______”“______”“______”“______”“______”“______”“______”“______”“______” prompt.
The screen changes automatically and displays a new ID number and the updated Usage Left: number
Press “ENTER”
- Enter “0” three times.
- Turn off the Power and back on again prior to the next treatment.
